The Novels, Stories And Sketches Of F, Hopkinson Smith
I have this beautiful set of twenty novels of F. Hopkinson Smith and after reading them many years ago, I have started a second read.
They are some of the best work that I have ever read and a treasure in themselves. When I aquired the set, they had uncut pages which i probably should have left uncut for collectable value, but it was so long ago and I wasn't aware.
I have traveled all over the world, since first reading these novels and now find that I am in for added enjoyment, having visited the places mentioned in his books.
I have the wonderful ability to escape into any novel that I read and this author takes me to places of long ago, in mind and body.
